Creative Dots, a web and mobile applications development company is currently looking for a junior project manager for its business and e-commerce, mobile and software development team. The position will involve managing projects from low-medium to high level complexity. It’s a fast-paced environment and the candidate is supposed to be a multi-tasker and a strong decision maker. 

Responsibilities: 
• Gathering complete project requirements from the client 
• Defining the project's scope 
• Provide time and cost estimates
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately 
• Maintaining detailed timelines, project plans, and hours budgeted for all project deliverables and key milestones
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including communication of client needs to team
• Breaking down projects and assigning tasks to team members 
• Actively involving in communication with team members over Slack or other tools used 
• Maintaining healthy relation with clients
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Troubleshooting problem areas, proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising timely contingency plans
• Managing and overseeing testing and quality control for all deliverables
• Lead post project assessments and make recommendations for future projects or project optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Good communication skills
• Good English writing skills 
• At-least one year experience as a software project manager 
• Good working knowledge and experience of languages including PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Java Script and CMS like Wordpress, Opencart and Shopify etc.
